"Throughout my career as an industrial designer, I have reflected on the art of design and the creative capacity of human beings to develop solutions to our needs. Under this interest, the meaning of "industry" and its stagnant evolution has been my main debate, understanding the key components of design to recreate a new industry that is still relevant to improve societal needs without degrading life and ecosystems, because as an ecologist, its relevant to recognize how its results have influenced the short span of human development and our species evolution, in both extremely positive and negative ways. This has led me to the question: What does it mean to be industrial in the 21st century? And how should this concept be understood in order to create a more sustainable future?

As a designer, I focus on rethinking and redesigning conceptual, systemic and productive frameworks that drive life-centered progress. In these critical times, our role is to enable innovative and revolutionary approaches that prioritize collective growth over mass development. By focusing my work on ecosystem regeneration, resilient communities, and equitable systems, I aim to promote ecological health and social well-being in all projects I co-create with others.
